We are a small team in Singapore (UTC+8). Replies land during Singapore business hours, so an email sent late on Friday will usually be answered Monday.
Before you write
A few things are faster to do yourself.
Cancelling or changing a card. Use the membership portal — you enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends you a link, no password required. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your membership until the period you have paid for ends.
Your reading hasn’t arrived. Written readings are delivered by email within the timeframe shown at checkout — usually 3 business days. Check spam first; if it is past that window, write to us with your order reference.
You want a refund. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Individual written readings are non-refundable once a practitioner has begun work, and personalised or consecrated physical items are non-returnable. The Terms of Use set this out in full, and we would rather you read it before buying than after.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to give medical, psychological, legal, financial or immigration advice, and we will not attempt to. If a reading has raised something that genuinely worries you, please speak to a qualified professional in that field. That is not us being cautious for legal reasons — it is that a chart is the wrong tool for those questions.
If you are in distress and need someone to talk to, please contact a local support service or your doctor rather than waiting on an email from us.
Write to the desk
Use the form and your message goes straight into our queue with your order reference attached — no need to leave the site or remember what to include.
