Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of godofwealth.co and everything on it — articles, calculators, readings, oracles, rituals, talismans, quizzes, accounts, narration and paid products (together, the “Services“), operated by Triple Wave Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202030758R), Singapore (“we”, “us”).
By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Some jurisdictions regulate or restrict fortune-telling, divination and related services. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are. We may refuse or withdraw service in any territory.
3. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART — nature of the Services
Please read this section carefully. It defines what you are buying.
3.1 For guidance, reflection and cultural interest only
All readings, charts, oracles, forecasts, names, talismans, rituals and interpretations are provided for guidance, personal reflection, cultural and entertainment purposes only. They are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical systems — BaZi 八字, Zi Wei Dou Shu 紫微斗數, Qimen Dunjia 奇門遁甲, 稱骨 bone-weight, 三才五格 naming, 觀音靈籤 oracle lots, 面相/手相 physiognomy and related practices.
These systems are not folklore invented yesterday. They rest on more than two thousand years of continuous recorded practice — classical texts, case records, and generations of refinement by practitioners across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. We apply them faithfully, using the original calculation methods rather than simplified modern approximations.
They remain, however, traditional interpretive frameworks rather than scientifically validated predictive methods, and we present them honestly as such.
3.2 No guarantee of accuracy or outcome
We make no representation or warranty that any reading is accurate, complete, or that any predicted or suggested outcome will occur. Fortune is not a product we can promise.
3.3 Not professional advice
Nothing in the Services is, or substitutes for:
- Medical, health or psychological advice. Our Longevity & Vitality (壽元養生) content discusses
wellbeing through traditional Five-Element theory. It is not a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plan or lifespan prediction. If you have, or think you may have, any medical or psychological condition, seek professional medical help first — always. Consult a qualified doctor or registered practitioner before acting on anything you read here. Never delay seeking, disregard, or discontinue medical treatment because of a reading. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
- Financial or investment advice. Wealth readings, the Money Clock, auspicious timing and
windfall content are not recommendations to buy, sell, invest, trade or transact. We are not licensed financial advisers. Consult a licensed professional.
- Legal advice.
- Advice on gambling. Lucky-number tools (including 4D and TOTO content) are **for entertainment
only. They do not** improve your odds. Lottery and gambling outcomes are random. Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, seek help — in Singapore, the National Council on Problem Gambling (1800-6-668-668).
3.4 Your decisions are your own
You are solely responsible for every decision you make. Do not make significant life, health, financial, business, relationship or family decisions solely on the basis of any reading.
3.5 Blessings, rituals and consecration
Digital rituals, blessings and 開光 consecration are devotional and symbolic acts within a cultural tradition. Where we describe an item as blessed or consecrated, we mean a genuine ritual was performed in that tradition. We do not promise supernatural results.
3.6 Naming
Baby-name suggestions are traditional analysis. The final choice of a child’s name is entirely yours. Verify characters, strokes, pronunciation and meaning independently — including in every language and dialect the child will live with — before registering a name.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@godofwealth.co if it is compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Purchases, prices and payment
5.1 Products
We sell digital readings and reports, consultations, membership, and physical items such as consecrated talismans and amulets.
5.2 Prices
Shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated. Where available, checkout may display and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency; the USD price is the reference price. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion and bank charges. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid.
5.3 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. By paying, you also accept Stripe’s terms. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
5.4 Delivery
Instant readings are available immediately. Other digital items are delivered to your account and/or by email normally within 3 business days; practitioner-reviewed items within 7 business days. Physical items are dispatched within up to 30 days, as consecration is performed in batches on auspicious dates. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.5 Membership
Membership renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund part-periods unless required by law.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Please read this section together with Section 3. You are buying a personalised interpretive reading — the work of producing it — not a guaranteed outcome and not a result you will necessarily like.
6.1 Digital readings and reports — final on delivery
Each reading is calculated and written for you specifically, on demand, from the birth details you supply. Like a bespoke item, it cannot be returned to stock or resold. Accordingly, once your reading has been produced and made available to you, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds, including in the following cases:
- you changed your mind, or decided after the fact that you did not want it;
- you disagree with, dislike, or are unhappy with the content of the reading — an unfavourable or
unexpected reading is a legitimate output of the method, not a defect;
- the reading did not come true, or events did not unfold as the reading suggested (see Section 3.2 —
we make no warranty of accuracy or outcome);
- you did not read the product description, disclaimers, or these Terms before purchasing;
- you supplied incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information — birth date, birth time, birth
place, gender, family names, your question, or any other detail the reading depends on. We will re-run the reading once, free of charge, if you tell us within 7 days; we do not refund it.
6.2 What you confirm at checkout
Before paying you must tick a box confirming that you have read and accept these Terms, that you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content, and that you acknowledge you thereby lose any statutory right of cancellation once delivery begins. That confirmation is recorded with your order.
6.3 EU / UK / EEA consumers — statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right — the confirmation described in Section 6.2. Until delivery begins, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.
6.4 Consultations and master readings — cancellation before work starts
For practitioner-reviewed items (Master Readings, Consultations, Master Review), you may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin work. Once work has begun, the sale is final under Section 6.1. We will tell you when work begins.
6.5 Physical items — personalised and consecrated, therefore non-returnable
Our physical items are not stock goods. Each one is made to your specification and clearly personalised — your name is entered in the petition register, your details are inscribed or enclosed, and the item is then individually consecrated (開光) for you by name in a ritual that cannot be undone or transferred to another person. Once consecrated for you, the item has no value to anyone else and cannot be re-blessed, resold or returned to stock.
For those reasons, and because consecrated items are supplied sealed and are unsuitable for return once unsealed, physical items are non-returnable and non-refundable once we have begun consecration. This is the exception that applies to personalised goods and to sealed goods under EU/UK consumer law, and it is the basis on which you buy.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before consecration begins. We normally begin within 3 business days of your order; tell us before then and we will refund you in full.
We will always refund or replace an item that is:
- faulty, damaged in transit, or defective;
- not what was described or ordered;
- never delivered, or lost in the post.
Report any of these within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with a photograph where relevant, and we will replace it or refund you — your choice. We pay return postage in these cases.
6.6 What we will always refund — your rights we do not exclude
Nothing above limits your rights where we get it wrong or where the law says otherwise. We will refund:
- duplicate or accidental charges;
- anything we failed to deliver, or delivered materially different from its description;
- faulty, damaged or lost physical goods;
- anything required by applicable consumer law, including the Singapore Consumer Protection
(Fair Trading) Act and the Consumer Protection (Consumer Guarantees) provisions, the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU consumer directives, and the Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
These statutory rights cannot be and are not excluded by these Terms. Where any part of Section 6 conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that applies to you, that right prevails and the rest of Section 6 continues to apply.
6.7 How to ask
Email hello@godofwealth.co with your order number and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly, and we would rather fix a genuine problem than argue about it.
6.8 Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback for a reading that was delivered as described, on the grounds set out in Section 6.1, is not a valid dispute. We keep delivery records, your accepted Terms confirmation and the product description you saw, and we will provide them to the card network. We may suspend accounts used to obtain readings and then reverse payment.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services unlawfully, or where fortune-telling services are prohibited;
- resell, republish, scrape, bulk-download or commercially exploit our content, readings or data;
- copy, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our calculation engines, datasets or corpora;
- use automated means to place load on the Services, or abuse free features (including narration);
- upload malicious code, or attempt to breach security or access others’ accounts or readings;
- impersonate anyone, or submit another person’s birth details without their permission;
- use the Services to harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- present our readings as certified professional advice of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, and may pursue any remedy available to us.
8. Intellectual property
The Services — including software, calculation engines, curated datasets, translations, written interpretations, designs, artwork, talisman graphics and audio — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your licence: personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, for personal non-commercial use. You may download and print your own readings and talismans for personal use.
Classical texts (e.g. 觀音靈籤, 稱骨歌) are historical works; our translations, arrangement, commentary and presentation are ours.
Audio recordings used in rituals are licensed to us. You may not extract, redistribute or reuse them.
Do not use our name, logo or brand without written permission.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit (questions, wishes, names, uploads). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it only to provide the Services to you, and — in anonymised, aggregated form that cannot identify you — to improve them.
Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing or that you lack the right to share.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, email and related infrastructure, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual tools, at any time. We are not liable for unavailability.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any reading will be accurate or produce any result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss; nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, savings, goodwill or data; nor for any decision you make in reliance on a reading — however arising.
(b) Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or (ii) SGD 100.
(c) These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Triple Wave Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal costs arising out of or connected with:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Services;
- your infringement of any third party’s rights;
- **any decision, action or omission you make or take in reliance on a reading, ritual, remedy,
timing, direction, name, or any other output of the Services — including any resulting death, personal injury, illness, psychological harm, financial loss, business loss, property damage, or loss suffered by any third party**;
- any failure by you to seek or follow qualified professional advice — medical, psychological,
financial, legal or otherwise — where a reasonable person would have done so.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own fraud, or by our negligence causing death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere may have the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on their local mandatory consumer protections — nothing here removes those rights.
Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve matters directly. We may agree to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Site and, where appropriate, by email, and take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
17. General
- Severability — if a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- No waiver — not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment — you may not assign these Terms; we may, on notice, to a successor.
- Entire agreement — these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
- Force majeure — we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- No third-party rights — no one other than you and us may enforce these Terms.
