1. Who we are
GodofWealth.co (“God of Wealth“, “we“, “us“, “our“) is operated by:

We are the data controller for personal data processed through godofwealth.co (the “Site”), including all readings, tools, rituals, accounts and purchases.
2. Scope
This Policy covers everyone who uses the Site, anywhere in the world. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under:
- Singapore — Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)
- EEA / UK — GDPR and UK GDPR
- California — CCPA/CPRA
- Other jurisdictions — see Section 12
3. What we collect
3.1 Information you give us

3.2 Collected automatically
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (from IP), cookie identifiers, and dates/times of visits.
3.3 Your Fortune Journal
If you use our tools, we store a record of your readings — your “Fortune Journal”. For guests this is kept only in your own browser (localStorage) and we never see it. If you create an account, your Journal is copied to our servers so it follows you across devices.
3.4 What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs or bank details. **All payments are processed
by Stripe**; we receive only a confirmation and the last-4/brand where applicable.
- We do not ask for government identifiers.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children (see Section 11).
3.5 A note on sensitive data
Our Longevity & Vitality (壽元養生) tool discusses constitution and wellbeing using traditional Five-Element theory. It is not a medical assessment, produces no diagnosis, and we do not ask for or process your health records. We do not intend to process “special category” health data under GDPR Article 9. Please do not send us medical information.
Birth date and time are ordinary personal data, but we treat them as sensitive in practice because they are unique and unchangeable.

Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose personal data with your consent (including deemed consent) or as permitted by law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions:

We name our payment processor because you interact with it directly at checkout. We do not publish the identities of our other suppliers, but we will tell you on request — email hello@godofwealth.co and we will identify any processor handling your personal data.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
6. Automated processing and AI
Your readings are calculated, not generated by AI. BaZi, Zi Wei, Qimen, 稱骨, lunar conversion and naming analysis are produced by deterministic algorithms and classical reference tables. The same birth details always produce the same chart.
Where we use AI:
- Narration — if you play a reading aloud, the text may be sent to a third-party speech-synthesis
provider. Audio is cached on our own servers. We do not send your name, email or account details.
- Written interpretation — we may use AI to help draft explanatory prose from an already-computed
chart. Methodology is defined and approved by our resident practitioner. AI never performs the calculations.
None of this produces legal or similarly significant effects about you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
7. International transfers
We are based in Singapore and use providers in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Under the PDPA we take steps to ensure overseas recipients provide a comparable standard of protection.

8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data (“right to erasure”)
- Export your data in a portable format (your Journal also has a one-click Export button)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, including marketing
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights (CCPA)
How: email hello@godofwealth.co. We respond within 30 days (PDPA) or one month (GDPR). We may need to verify your identity first.
Complaints: you may complain to your local authority — the PDPC (Singapore), your EEA supervisory authority, or the ICO (UK). We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Strictly necessary — logging in, security, cart/checkout. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remembering your preferences and profile.
- Analytics — understanding how the Site is used.
- Advertising — where enabled, to measure and serve advertising.
Where required (EEA/UK), we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the Site footer, or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
Note: your Fortune Journal uses localStorage, not cookies. It stays on your device unless you create an account.
11. Children
The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@godofwealth.co and we will delete it.
Baby-naming: we process a child’s birth details only as supplied by a parent or guardian, solely to produce the requested name analysis.
12. Region-specific notes
- Singapore (PDPA): you may withdraw consent by contacting our DPO. Withdrawal may prevent us
providing readings that depend on the data.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): legal bases are in Section 4; you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): categories collected are in Section 3; we do not sell or share personal
information; you may exercise rights via Section 9.
- Elsewhere: we apply this Policy globally and will honour local rights where they apply.
13. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, hashed credentials and least-privilege administration. Payment card data never touches our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified on the Site and, where appropriate, by email. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
